2 Terms of Use
Welcome to the Reloading Technology (RT) website.
These terms apply to all purchases made online from the website.
Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them.
Use of and/or registration on any aspect of the website will constitute your agreement to comply with these terms. Important clauses, which may limit RT’s responsibility or involve some risk for you, are reflected in blue*. Some of these provisions have the effect of limiting your rights in law and conferring obligations on you by virtue of your agreement to these terms. You agree to pay special attention to these clauses.

2.1 Online registration
Registration as a purchaser on the website is free and does not oblige you to purchase anything. You must create an account and register with us before placing your first order online.
Registration and/or use of RT’s website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms of RT’s website.
To register you will be required to provide certain personal information which is protected by RT’s Privacy Policy.
When registering with us you will be required to provide an email address and a password which will be used as your user-name and password for the website. Please keep your password private as RT accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your account.
You will be required to enter your user-name and password each time you visit the reloadingtechnology.com website.
To amend any registration particulars, please click on “My Account” where you can edit your details. When registering as a purchaser you are required to provide RT with complete and accurate information about yourself. By doing so, you warrant that the information provided is correct.
Upon acceptance of your registration, an email confirmation of your registration as a purchaser will be sent to you. Transmission times depend on your Internet Service Provider (ISP), but typically takes less than 10 (ten) minutes to receive the email confirmation. If you do not receive the email confirmation, you should contact us.
2.2 Product images and representation
We have made every effort to display the products on the website as accurately as possible, including:
- The images that represent a visual depiction of the product
- Features and descriptions that pertain to the product
The actual product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance, as product packaging may differ over time. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product he/she ordered is correct, and the product description will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute about a product.
As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor, RT cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
2.3 Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and RT chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under customer service and support, and/or dispute resolution the company address as above.
2.4 Inadvertent and obvious errors
While all precautions are taken by RT to provide the correct information on the website, if we identify an inadvertent and/or obvious error in the price or product description; images and/or any other relevant content, RT is not obligated to provide you with the affected product or service.
RT will make every effort to contact you or alert you of the error.
In such circumstances, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and we will provide a full refund for the amount.
2.5 RT Shipping Agents
Depending on the country in which the customer may reside, RT may make use of agents to effect deliveries and receive returns on their behalf.
3 Orders and payment
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these terms.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email describing the products you have ordered. These communications confirm that we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us.
We are not legally obligated to provide the products to you during the offer process. The purchasing contract is concluded on receipt of payment.
Online payments can be made via CentricPay Payment Gateway
3.1 Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Delivery will not take place until proof of payment has been received and the funds have cleared in our bank account.
Regarding the submission of credit card information and security, all credit card transactions will be acquired for RT via CentricPay Payment Gateway which protects you, the client, with the most up-to-date and secure online credit card processing system.
3.2 Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by RT separately from card details which are entered by the client on CentricPay Payment Gateway’s secure site.
3.3 Cancellation
If for any reason, you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting RT at the numbers above.
You will only be able to cancel orders by midnight on the day before the date of shipping.
RT reserves the right not to make any refund in respect of late cancellations.
If you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method should cease to be valid for whatever reason once the product has been shipped, you will nevertheless be bound to pay the full purchase price plus shipping, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any rights or remedies in law, RT reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the terms.
RT reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, or the quality of the products ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Such refund will take 10-12 working days.
3.4 Risk and ownership
Risk in the use of products purchased via reloadingtechnology.com will fall to you with the acceptance of the products when delivered to you or your authorised representatives.
RT will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.
4 Privacy and cookies policy

5 Updating term and conditions
RT reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove selections of these terms and conditions from time to time.
Changes to these terms and conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website.

The user’s continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, including changes or updates.
